For the past 4 years during chinese new year, i have been baking tis.. more for family & frenz rather than selling..

 

Guess the time i tested myself to the limit was completing 1800 pieces of tarts + 1000 pieces of cornflake cookies within 5 days.. a feat which I am pretty sure will not happen again ..

 

There were a couple of years whereby i had phobia of tarts

 

Dat being said, I am truly happy dat my family, relatives & frenz actually gave their feedback during the early stages of trial n error for me to finalise on this secret recipe
