Hmm.. I 1st tried burbur hitam with ice cream was during my trip to Hongkong a couple of years back. B4, I had only know of hot/warm burbur hitam.. did not know dat tis can actually be eaten cold
.. the only difference I noted was dat eaten hot, it tends to be a wee bit more watery while the cold version is a tad thicker in inconsistency.
Upon returning from my trip, I started trying out this new and yet not so new dessert. Hahahaha… of coz I was unable to produce the exact taste as dat of Hongkong’s but well.. my family and relatives enjoyed it
